Covid - 19 Announcement

New Zealand is currently on a level 4 Lock-down until 24th April 2020.   We hope that we will be back to at least a Level 2 and large gatherings of people will be limited to 500 for outdoor events by mid-May.  With this in mind, we are limiting the number of competitors to 350 across all our events until we get a further directive. This allows for spectators and officials at events. Some of our events are considerably bigger than this and those events that we already have greater than 500 registered entrants, we will look at a mix of Multiple Days over the weekend and/or Morning and Afternoon events.

Until we get a clear picture of what the landscape will look-like in the future, and directives from the Ministry of Health, we cannot make any firm decisions. Once we do, we will advise accordingly to all entrants. At present our events and dates are as listed below.  The safety of our Competitors, Marshals, Medics, Spectators and Support Staff a critical to us at all events.

To keep everyone active we're running the Virtual Events Club.  With Running, Walking, MTB Biking, Road Biking and Swimming events being held Virtually each month. Along with specific events from time to time and a Full Marathon in May.  Details on Virtual Events Club can be obtained at www.virtualeventsclub.co.nz with all profits going to Ronald McDonald House South Island.

CJM’S Events Limited is an Event Management company that organizes and runs fantastic professional events that have something different about them.  Established in 2006 to run a Duathlon Series in the Ashburton District. The business has grown since then, now having run well over 120 events including Road and Mountain Bike races, Half Marathon's, Ultra Marathon's, Mud, Obstacle, Wine and Stair Runs with around 10,000+ competitors a year enjoying these events.
