Canterbury Duathlon Series
The Canterbury Duathlon Series, formerly known as the Ashburton Duathlon Series, has a long-standing history and is held annually at Brookside Park in Rolleston. In 2025, the event will take place in a 3-Race Series on the :25th May, 8th June, 22nd June.The event caters to a diverse range of participants, from beginners to elite athletes, and is open to everyone regardless of age, gender, size, or speed. The family sections also make it an ideal event for families to participate in together.The short course involves a 2.5km run/walk, a 12km bike ride, and a 1.25km run/walk. The long course is a 5km run, a 24km bike ride, and a 2.5km run.The event is hosted at the Brookside Park in Rolleston, which provides a beautiful and scenic setting for the duathlon.
